How fast is shipping?
U.S. non-prescription orders usually arrive in 2-4 days. Prescription/custom orders and most progressive reader orders need processing time before they ship, because they are made to your lens details instead of pulled straight from the shelf.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no tiny checkout surprise.
Do you offer free returns and exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are free, and there are no restocking fees. You have 30 days to send back or swap your order if it is not the right pair.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
Defects, breaks, and real-life mishaps are covered for 90 days. If something goes wrong, reach out and we will help repair or replace your glasses. The warranty is meant to feel generous, because wearing your glasses should not feel risky.
How do I track an order, start a return, or check an ETA?
Go to your account using the email address from your order. You will receive a one-time login code, so you do not need to remember another password. You can also log in with Google or Shop.
Can I order without my prescription file ready?
Yes. You can upload your prescription during checkout or send it after you order. Uploading it right away is the fastest route, but we will help you either way.
What reader strengths are available?
Reader magnification runs from +0.25 to +5.00 in 0.25 steps, so you can choose a more precise strength instead of settling for a clunky jump.
What is the difference between standard and progressive readers?
Standard readers use one magnification strength across the whole lens for close-up tasks like reading. Progressive readers are made for multiple distances, with lighter magnification higher up and stronger reading support lower down. Most progressive readers need custom processing before they ship.
Do you offer bifocals?
We recommend progressives instead of visible-line bifocals. They give you a smoother, more modern way to see near, intermediate, and far without that obvious line across the lens.
Is blue light protection free?
Yes. Clear blue light protection can be added at no extra charge across LadyBoss lens options, including readers and prescription lenses. It helps reduce harsh blue light exposure, but it is not medical treatment.
Do I need my pupillary distance?
PD is not required to place an order, but it helps us align prescription lenses more precisely. If your eye doctor has it, send it. If not, the PD page explains simple ways to measure it.
