What is blue-light? 

High Energy Visible (HEV) blue light emits from most digital devices and electronics like LED lights, TV, computer, phone and tablets. HEV blue light has shorter wavelength than other lights in the visible spectrum causing light to scatter more, decrease contrast and strain the eyes. 

Digital eyestrain due to blue light exposure is a medical issue with serious symptoms that can affect learning and work productivity.  Symptoms of digital eyestrain, or computer vision syndrome, include blurry vision, difficulty focusing, dry and irritated eyes, headaches, neck and back pain.  Digital eyestrain has overtaken carpal-tunnel syndrome as the number one computer-related complaint.

What filtration technology do you use?

Here at LADYBOSS GLASSES, we use Intelligent Filter Technology (IFT™) to protect your eyes. IFT™ is the highest quality filtering on the market, blocking and purifying the light that emits from your screens. It works by not just covering up the blue light with a yellow frame, but by fracturing the light itself, causing those blue-rays to scatter on impact. We guarantee you'll see improved sleep, improved cognitive functioning at work, and less of that "drained" feeling after spending long hours at a computer!

Will COVID-19 affect my order?

Currently, it will not. As you all know however, the United States is working in unchartered times right now. Our fulfillment center is abiding by the guidelines set by the state governor, and orders are now going out. Should orders be delayed by unforeseen circumstances, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.

How long will it typically take for me to get my glasses? 

  1. Standard orders arrive in 3-7 days.
  2. Multifocal orders may take up to 17 days.*

*The extended timeframes of multifocal orders is simply due to the fact that they are custom made to unique specifications. Thus, they require an additional period of crafting prior to shipment.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes! However, because our fulfillment team works so quickly, all orders need to be canceled or changed within 4 hours of placement in order to stop the package from going out. Please notify us within this timeframe. We are not responsible for requests to edit/cancel after this point. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do! We work to provide quality service to LadyBosses like yourself, regardless of where you are in the world.
