How fast is shipping?
U.S. non-prescription orders process the same day and usually arrive in 2-4 days total. Most standard readers also arrive in that same 2-4 day window, depending on inventory. Prescription glasses and most progressive readers need 5-10 days of processing before shipping.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
Do you offer free returns and exchanges?
Yes, always. You have 30 days to return or exchange any LadyBoss order for any reason, including prescription glasses. No return shipping fees, no restocking fees, no awkward interrogation.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
Pretty much anything. Defects, breaks, accidents, everyday chaos - if something goes wrong within 90 days, reach out and we will help repair or replace your glasses.
How do I track an order, start a return, or check an ETA?
Go to your account using the email address from your order. No password or account creation is required; you will receive a one-time login code to that email. You can also log in with Google or Shop.
Can I order without my prescription file ready?
Yes. You can upload your prescription during checkout when you have it, or send it after ordering. Uploading it right away is the fastest route.
What reader strengths are available?
Our reader magnification range runs from +0.25 to +5.00 in 0.25 steps, so you have room to choose a more precise strength.
What is the difference between standard and progressive readers?
Standard readers use one magnification strength across the whole lens for close-up tasks like reading. Progressive readers are made for multiple distances, with lighter magnification toward the top and stronger reading support lower down. Most progressive readers require custom processing.
Do you offer bifocals?
We recommend progressives instead of old-school bifocals. They are a smoother, more modern option for seeing near, intermediate, and far without the visible line.
Is blue light protection free?
Yes. Clear blue light protection can be added at no extra charge across our lens options, including readers and prescription lenses. Protection without the yellow cast is a LadyBoss signature.
Do I need my pupillary distance?
PD is not required, but it helps us align prescription lenses as precisely as possible. If your eye doctor has it, send it. If not, the PD page explains easy ways to measure it.
