• Prescription included: prescription glasses are covered by the same free 30-day return and exchange policy.
• Refund timing: once your return is received, we process the refund back to the original payment method.

How To Start A Return Or Exchange

Start in your account using the email address from your order. No password or account creation is required; you will receive a one-time login code. You can also log in with Google or Shop.

90-Day Warranty

Every pair is backed by a very forgiving 90-day warranty. Defects, breaks, accidental damage, and everyday chaos are covered. If something goes wrong within 90 days, reach out and we will help repair or replace your glasses.
