Returns and Exchanges
Complimentary exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt for all non-prescription and non-progressive magnification orders.
If you don't love the way your glasses look, fit, or feel, or if the magnification on standard readers is too weak/strong, just switch them out until you're 100% satisfied!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Prescription orders, progressive readers, and items on sale are not eligible for returns, but items on sale are eligible for exchanges.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a complimentary USPS return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Prescription replacements are available for a $59 fee and must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Prescription replacements must meet at least one of the following:
- Incorrect prescription uploaded.
- Pupillary distance omitted or incorrect.
- Dissatisfied with frame style.
- Glasses do not fit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
