Exchanges

Complimentary exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for all non-prescription orders.

If you don't love the way your glasses look, fit, or feel, or if the magnification on standard readers is too weak/strong, just switch them out until you're 100% satisfied!

 

90-Day Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on all glasses. Contact us if your glasses break during this period, and we will send a replacement pair free of charge!

 

Returns

We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Prescription orders, progressive readers, and items on sale are not eligible for returns, but items on sale are eligible for exchanges.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@ladybossglasses.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a complimentary USPS return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Prescription Replacements

Prescription replacements are available for a $59 fee and must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Prescription replacements are offered for the following criteria:

  • Incorrect prescription uploaded.
  • Pupillary distance omitted or incorrect.
  • Dissatisfied with frame style.
  • Glasses do not fit or you don't love the style.

*Please include pupillary distance.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
